XL 2019 VLOOKUP doesn't work

Hi Vz, welcome to XLD,
I understood.
In your formula I think it's not Table_1 but Table_2. Try :

VB:

=VLOOKUP(B18, Table_2, 9, False)

The result is 529. ( cell J7 )

What do you mean by indirect arrays?
"Indirect" is a XL formula allowing to find a cell address, but not necessarily linked to an array.
Could you precise your thought ? And in which case do you want to use it ?

Hello, it's the third sheet in attached document. I have really never used it, I don't even know why they are asking for "indirect arrays"..

Sorry, I can't help you on this point, I don't understand the question.
In particular to start with 5570.
If they want an invoice format in D5😀10 of sheet4 ( not in sheet 3 ), 5570 is the begin of the invoice number or an index to found the data ?

Thank you anyways. It's a really weird question that I don't understand either. I thought that indirect arrays were supposed to generate some random invoice numbers based on the first invoice number - 5570.

Pardon, comme c'est un .com, je me suis dit que je pouvais écrire en anglais.. c'est une question par rapport à indirect arrays dans le fichier joint..
