Microsoft 365 In Microsoft EXcel, the result shows "#REF", what is it?

Studying at Economic University required me to have access to Excel a lot. But I learned MOS 2 years ago, now it seems I have forgotten most of 70% of the knowledge. I am having trouble using Excel, I want to create functions and formulas to calculate problems, but the result shows “#REF”. What is it? Help me, please
