XL 2013 Conversion chiffres en lettre avec 3 chiffre après la virgule

J'ai Trouvé ce code sur internet , ca fonctionne bien , sauf que le chiffre afficher en lettre contient seulement deux chiffres alors que j'en ai besoin de trois chiffres .
